Roslin Cells Limited

Roslin Cells was founded in 2006 by the Roslin Institute with the support of the University of Edinburgh, the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service and Scottish Enterprise. The company operates on a not-for-profit basis whereby any surplus revenues generated will be reinvested into stem cell research.

We are world leaders in the development of cell therapies and pluripotent stem cells for applications in research, drug discovery and therapy.

The Company is committed to providing high quality clinical grade pluripotent stem cells for use in therapy, screening of new drug candidates and research. The Company has developed the facilities, expertise and methodologies for the translation of cell therapies from the early fundamental research stage into GMP compliant process suitable for manufacture of product for human application.

These capabilities are now delivered through two subsidiaries, Roslin Cell Therapies and Roslin Cell Sciences
